It is the determination of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (LCOS) in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware to provide a Christian environment that is safe, both for those receiving and for those providing its ministries. Abuse, exploitation and harassment, either of a sexual, physical, verbal or emotional nature, are not tolerated at LCOS. A person who violates this policy, whether called staff, independent contractor, employee or volunteer, violates the terms of their employment, contract, or voluntary service. A violation of this policy will result in appropriate disciplinary action. Disciplinary action may include, but is not limited to, termination of employment or dismissal from voluntary service.
